GRAPPA TYROL CASTEL

This grape marc spirit from the Vernatsch marc is ripened in barrique wood barrels. The barrel gives this grappa a subtle vanilla aroma and a mild flavour, nevertheless preserving the typical grappa flavour with its rich character.

Raw material: Vernatsch marc from Vernatsch producers in Merano
Distillation method: water bath pot
Storage/ageing: at least 1 year + ripening in barrique barrels
Alcohol content: 42% vol.
Content: 500 cc or 200 cc
Colour/clarity: golden brown
Aroma: clean with a subtle vanilla aroma
Flavour: fine grape marc flavour with a subtle undertone of oak wood
Aftertaste: lasting grape marc flavour with undertone of oak wood
