"MORGENDUFT" (HOARY MORNING APPLE) BARRIQUE

Pure apple spirit made from the fine “Morgenduft” apples from Unterthurner private distillery’s own orchard. These apples, which are noted for their distinctive balance of sweetness and acidity, yield a first-rate spirit. The intense aroma of the apples, combined with a subtle hint of vanilla from the ripening process in wood barrels; this, plus the mild finish, make for a unique bouquet.

Storage/ageing: at least 2 years + ripening in barrique barrels
Alcohol content: 39% vol.
Content: 500 cc
Colour/clarity: golden brown
Aroma: fruity with a touch of vanilla
Flavour: harmonious and round
Aftertaste: long lasting
Tip: excellent in combination with bitter chocolate
