ANISE SCHNAPPS

Neither pastis from France, nor ouzo from Greece nor raki from Turkey: this is the anise of the private distillery Unterthurner, derived from pure anise seeds. It is quite characteristic, with a slightly sweet flavour, both gentle on the stomach and appetising; equally suitable for mixing various long drinks.
