The term Selvaticus is given to the rarities in our private distillery. Due to the naturally limited amount of wild berries, we have to content ourselves with a limited quantity.

The first-rate raw material is processed with special care. Our experienced distillation master always endeavours to produce a flawless fine spirit from the fruits. Thanks to the careful double distillation process in small copper pot-stills, he succeeds masterfully. A generous maturing period also contributes to turning these rare distillates into perfect Selvaticus rarities.
