CLEAR WALNUT SPIRIT

Not to be confused with a walnut liqueur. This clear walnut spirit, distilled from pure walnut kernels, has a very intense aroma and a slightly oily flavour, full and even slightly “fatty”, typical of walnut kernels.

Distillation method: water bath pot
Storage/ageing: at least 1 year
Alcohol content: 39% vol.
Content: 500 cc and 200 cc
Colour/clarity: clear
Aroma: intense aroma – slightly oily
Flavour: harmonious, genuine with an oily finish
Aftertaste: long lasting
