ANDRE ELIXIR

We have entertained the idea of creating a spirit for the occasion of the “Andreas Hofer anniversary 2009” for quite a while. This name stands for tradition and culture, as does “Andre Elixier”: a spice-flavoured elixir made of all kinds of selected herbs, such as angelica root, china bark, coriander, balm, mint, sweet calamus, sweet and bitter orange peel and liquorice.
The aromas and essences of these herbs are extracted through careful maceration to form the basis of this herbal liqueur.
The diversity of the various herb aromas is striking, as are the harmony and pleasantly bitter notes of the flavour.
Perfect as the welcome finish to an enjoyable meal.
